At mixsoon Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your minimalist skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Contact our customer support team at support@mixsoon.io with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are unused and the seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
